Tyrie Smith

Level-42 Word Wizard

There are myths, there are legends … then there are exaggerations framed as legends, but are really just the verbal manifestations of a man’s overinflated sense of self, which is, pretty much, what we’re talking about as it relates to Tyrie’s bio. But, no, seriously, he does have advanced degrees in English and Folklore, he is a published writer, he has helped to conceptualize and create some very memorable brands, and, yes, he is a pretty solid copywriter, so there’s that … but, if he ever tries to tell you that he once completed The Legend of Zelda in under an hour, know that he is absolutely full of shit.

Elaina Cochran

HR Cleric

Like lawyers, Human Resources professionals are often the butt of the joke. Yet, at the end of the day, it’s HR that keeps us from having to use lawyers. If only we would @$%#ing listen. Meet Elaina. As a HR professional with over a decade of experience, she has seen a lot of people shit the bed on basic administrative fundamentals related to core operations, like, you know, having proper forms filled out at hiring, making sure expectations are communicated between employer and employee, and generally not being terrible to people. She lives for helping small businesses avoid the pitfalls of poor employee management. She’s like having a +5 to strength and dexterity.

Ryan Olsen

Conjuration and Illusion Mage

It has been said of Houdini that his greatest illusion was being such a master that we still believe his illusions to this day. We may be so bold to say the same will one day be said about the visual mastery of Ryan Olsen. As the story goes, someone handed this guy a camera when he was just nine years old and because he lived in Nebraska (because, you know, there’s nothing to do there) he just started making movies - creating a world of magic in a place so desolate and boring that, really, did he have any other choice? Be sure to check out the full body of Ryan’s work here. Pretty great, huh? It’s why we work with him … why he’s a part of the team … integral to what we do …… NEBRASKA!
